We do our best to prepare your order with care and attention to detail. We do not have large stocks of product and most of them are made to order.

About DPD PickUp delivery
For some orders, we offer delivery through DPD PickUp service. Please note that this is not a door-to-door courier service. Instead, your package will be delivered to a local Locker or PickUp Point, where you can collect it at your convenience.
During checkout, you’ll be able to choose the most suitable pick-up location from the available options near you. Once your parcel is delivered, you’ll receive a notification from the carrier with instructions on how and where to collect it.

Returns
We hope you like your purchase. However, if it doesn’t meet your expectations you can return it within 14 days. Please note:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via original method of payment, within 14 days.
